Where can I find meanings of different Latin abbreviations?
The main source are Dictionaries of abbreviations, like Adriano Cappelli – Lexicon abbreviaturarum.
If you can read some letters but not others, you can try Enigma - Unpuzzling difficult Latin readings in medieval manuscripts. Enigma provides you with all possible words matching what you can read. See Palaeography.
If you want to find how one word is being abbreviated in different manuscripts, look at Paleographinator by Jeffrey Witt
